Uber Eats orders, straight into your POS
SureTill connects to Uber Eats through the official API. Every order lands in the same panel as your dine-in and takeaway orders, prints to the kitchen, and is accepted and marked ready from one screen, no separate tablet on the counter.
Four steps, then it just runs
- 01Connect your store once
Sign in with your Uber Eats account inside SureTill and pick your store. No codes to copy, no extra app to install.
- 02Orders land in SureTill
Every Uber Eats order appears in the same panel as dine-in and takeaway, with items, modifiers and notes already filled in.
- 03The kitchen gets a ticket
The order prints to the right station or shows on the kitchen display, exactly like an order taken at the counter.
- 04Accept and mark it ready
Accept or reject, then mark the order ready from SureTill so the courier knows when to come, no second screen to watch.
One screen for every order, wherever it came from
Staff stop running between a POS and a delivery tablet. Uber Eats orders sit in the same queue as the counter, so nothing is missed in a rush.
Items, modifiers and notes come through exactly as the customer ordered them, so the kitchen ticket is right the first time.
Update your Uber Eats menu and prices from SureTill instead of keeping two menus in step by hand.
Uber Eats takings appear next to dine-in and takeaway in the same daily reports, so the end-of-day numbers finally match.

Questions about the Uber Eats integration
Not covered here? Ask on WhatsApp, you'll get a straight answer.
Do I need a separate Uber Eats tablet?
No. Orders come into SureTill directly and you accept, reject and mark them ready from the same screen your staff already use. You can keep the tablet as a backup if you like, but you don't have to watch it.
Is this an official Uber Eats integration?
SureTill connects through the official Uber Eats API and has production access, so any restaurant can connect its store. It is an independent integration: Uber Eats is a trademark of Uber Technologies, Inc.
What can I manage from SureTill?
Incoming orders, accept and reject, marking orders ready, your Uber Eats menu and prices, and reporting. Uber Eats sales sit in the same daily reports as the rest of your trade.
Can I use it in New Zealand or the UK?
Yes. The integration works wherever Uber Eats operates, including Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Setup and support are remote, by video call, phone and WhatsApp. In Pakistan, SureTill handles your own delivery and takeaway orders and khata instead.
What happens if the internet drops?
Uber Eats sends orders over the internet, so new orders need a connection to arrive. Everything else in SureTill keeps running offline, billing, kitchen tickets and stock, and orders already received stay on the kitchen tickets.
Does it work with DoorDash too?
DoorDash delivery orders can also be brought straight into the kitchen. Ask us on WhatsApp which delivery apps we can connect for your store.
How much does the integration cost?
Pricing depends on how many branches and terminals you run. Call or message us for a quote, there is no cut of your sales.
